SOS on mainline-tracking kernel can use a patch to load late firmware, in particular GuC and HuC. With that being possible sos_bootargs should include i915.enable_guc=0x02 (or its equivalent in decimal)

sos_bootargs_debug.txt: enable guc firmware loading

Change kernel boot cmdline to load GuC firmware for SOS.
We want to enable GuC and HuC in Service OS and this is
an effort to enable use cases across all boards.
