This patch implements the minimum set of TLFS functionality. Implement Microsoft TLFS minimal requirements
Implement the minimum set of interfaces defined in "Requirements for Implementing the Microsoft Hypervisor Interface", including:
vCPUID: 0x40000000 - 0x40000005
vMSR: 0x40000000 - 0x40000002
