Facet panels expand, but then quickly close

The facets in the left sidebar expand when clicked, but then quickly close once the page fully loads.

This repository is for issues on the https://demo.projectblacklight.org/ website. Are you seeing the problem there? I'm not. Did you mean to file an issue on https://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight?

The behavior occurs in the online demo at https://demo.projectblacklight.org/. I tested in it Chrome, IE, and Firefox, and it occurs in all three. If you click on a facet, the facet expands, but then collapses when the page is finished loading.

I'm seeing this as well. It only occurs when clicking on the facet label text itself (i.e. doesn't occur when clicking on the chevron or other places in the facet). I believe this is because the anchor link is being triggered which is causing turbolinks to reload the content of the page.

I think this is something that we'll need to address in https://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight though.

Actually, I'm seeing some pretty odd behavior from the facet when clicking on the label text itself.
