feat: new doc generator using typescript files

Proposed Changes

• New docs generator based on javascript bindings + docs generation enhancements ( generate typescript defination .d.ts files) nuclei#4487
  • this uses typescript files instead of LLM based jsdocs ( hence its 10x better and accurate)
  • with new change each and every field/class is now documented along with example (in nuclei PR)
  • Interfaces / Objects are now documented as well (see: ssh.SSHHandshakeLog)
• updated workflow to reflect new changes
