InterMet

iMet-1 / iMet-4

iMet-1 and iMet-4 radiosondes do not transmit their serial number (usually a 5-digit number, on a label on either the box or sensor stalk) in their radio transmissions. Instead, receiving software like radiosonde_auto_rx generates a serial number based on the launch time and frequency.

Do not submit a recovery report using the serial number printed on the radiosonde.

If the radiosonde has been launched or received recently, look on the sondehub.org map (you may need to change the time range) and if the sonde is visible, use the serial number displayed on the map. If you are having issues finding it, please contact us at support@sondehub.org

iMet-1
