Current design works well for a few number of selections, reflected as pills, in the Allowed scope dropdown in Console. Need to account for the scenario where there are more pills selected than can fit in the field.

When there is no more room for a pill to be added the next selected item is shown just as a number in a pill at the end of an input field. All selections after that are stacked on top and the number in the pill increases with each selected item.

  • When you deselect a scope from the stacked list should be added if there is enough space.

  • Selected Scopes should be stacked at the top in the dropdown selection.
