bug(console): Toast toggled when invoking app deletion

In Console, when invoking an app deletion operation through the OAuth page, the deletion confirmation dialog box is opened along with a toast message. Toast message seems to indicate that a Save operation is performed along with the invocation of the confirmation modal.

Depending on the app, it displays "Saved!" or an error message as seen below.
