Actual mapping ('numeric' => PropelTypes::DECIMAL) bloats migration task with unnecessery type change queries from DECIMAL(786434) into NUMERIC for every numeric column.
It is neutral for upgrades but it breaks downgrades.

Correct mapping (postgres 9.1) is 'numeric' => PropelTypes::NUMERIC
