Current python SDK does not match the detect api pattern. See #45

We have plans for a major change to the SDK which will be communicating later this week, but in the meantime we should publish a new package.

We will publish a 0.0.5 version that uses the same API pattern as in previous pypi rebuff packages. Version 0.1.0 will be the new standalone python SDK described in #52
