Change default "new entities metadata" for date #1141

Protégé allows to select a date property for new created entities here

dc:date is a very fuzzy and unclear metadata property... for something that is quite clear in the UI : "Annotate new entities creation date/time"

Therefore I suggest to use by default (we all know the IMPORTANCE of default settings, no!):
