[Improvement] New buttons for change subscription frecuency on telegram

[Agupane]

Currently the telegram has the following buttons/actions:

• Subscribe/Unsubscribe
• Get Instant Alert

In order to support the change of frecuency we need to add another one/modify current one:

If the user is already suscribed:

• Change notifications frecuency to ${daily/weekly}

If the user is not subscribed:

• Subscribe daily
• Subscribe weekly

Also something that would be very nice to have:
Modify the current behaviour of the buttons, the user should be able to just answer the bot with the number of the option and not the complete sentence
