The default audio track (Shows as 139 in the '*' UI) sounds like trash, as it's low bitrate.

Use the 'TrackIDAudio' Content meta data item to default it to "140", 140 (the second track) is a higher bitrate, and doesn't suffer from the same crappy audio issues.

Fixes issue #142 - defaults audio track to 140 instead of 139.
