Search: issue content from search results goes to wrong page template #1799

If you use site search to search for a request form (issues content on Williams County), and select the form (e.g. Certified Marriage License Copy, then it brings up a webpage called "Latest Posts" instead of the request form.

@jlyon I believe this might have something to do with changing "Report Issue" in the Service Center to "Service Request" but I'm not sure how to fix the issue.
