ошибки из-за того, что libusb неправильно 
обращается к новому ядру. видимо, в ядре
что-то существенно поменялось в usbfs. какая 
версия libusb?
попробуйте еще запустить все с libusb-шной 
отладкой и запостите все в мейллист libusb.

ядро 2.6.32-r2
