1 - What Kafka versions Kafka UI works with?
2 - On what OSs can it be used (MacOS, Linux, ...)?
3 - Does Kafka UI monitor only Kafka entities? If no - what else?
4 - Do we have a License file?
5 - Do we have contributing guidelines file?
6 - Maybe add "Credits" section to README listing contributors?
