When we want to viusalize from a remote serverm follow these steps:
Start SSH with transfer the remote server’s port to your local PC. After that, start the tensorboard on the remote server with the specific port we want to transfer.
$ ssh -L 16007:127.0.0.1:16007 username@server_ip #local workstation
$ tensorboard --logdir='my-logs-folder' --port=16007 #remote server
Use
$ git remote add origin git@github.com:username/new_repo
$ git push -u origin master`
rather than
$ git remote add origin https://github.com/username/new_repo
The former is for use with ssh (ssh setup) and you won’t have to type your password every time you push things to github. If you use the latter construction, you’ll have to type your github password every time you push to github.
##2. Detached Head: Use
