Feature request: Add internal perimeter under partial solid infill to avoid large overhangs

Behavior

I'd like to print a plate with embossed text on top. The slicer prints a partial solid infill under the text outline for this. But this solid infill is printed directly onto the partial infill. The edges are printed in mid-air:

Feature request: Please add a internal perimeter under the partial infill to support it properly.
