Description of the bug

Norton AV instantly tags the executables as being infected with Malware. This did not happen in the Alpha builds.

Project file & How to reproduce

Just running the executable will trigger Norton to quarantine the majority of the files. This did not happen in the Alpha builds.

I think, this issue is related to #8513 and also it is mentioned here #6878.
