Forrest,

I have no idea how this fancy interweb stuff works.

Having trouble downloading .stl files as per http://www.reprap.org/wiki/Prusa_Mendel_(iteration_2) > Printed Parts > run "generate-metric.bat".
I have downloaded PrusaMendel-master.zip file from https://github.com/prusajr/PrusaMendel/.
I have downloaded and installed OpenSCAD from http://www.openscad.org/downloads.html
I have opened PrusaMendel-master/generate-metric-prusa-lme8uu.sh in OpenSCAD, however only a text file opens.
I chose generate-metric-prusa-lme8uu.sh as it seems generate-metric.bat isn't there?
I go into the PrusaMendel-master/source and open bar-clamp.scad in OpenSCAD and the output is c code, rather than stl code.
I think the problem might be having OpenSCAD installed somewhere and the PrusaMendel file in Downloads (not in the same path), but would like help.

Okay, figured out how to make a .scad file to .stl by OpenSCAD > Design > Export as STL... .
Just need to sort out the correct stl files now as the list doesn't seem in sync with the required stl files to 3D print?
