This PR fixes a bug with file watching, and changes the logs to use
--log-fileinstead of usingstdoutwhich is unreliable at times. Files are also deleted and cleared on start up to ensure logs don't conflict.Also overall provides more buffer time to hopefully make timeouts less common.
