ISSUE DESCRIPTION

const+pointers. To be able to understand and describe what is happening in the questions. To arrive at understanding either through own sources or via Lippman

Covered constant pointers and their interaction with const qualifier in CbyDissection. Efforts to avoid Lippman has not fully worked out - he covers a bit more. Will read Lippman

Just can't do Lippman...something about the text or way it is written. Have stopped as soon as started. Will now attempt exercises via writing tutorial code.
