Byte2TimeSeek bitrates higher than 16000 (CBRVideoBitrate=) fixed.
Conflicts when Bandwidth limiting is set fixed.
Higher buffer for faster encoding speeds.

[TIP: never thought we can use FFMPEG features in MEncoder when we will pass them via special o= parameter:-)]

Higher CBR bitrates with bigger buffer are much less CPU demanding.
