Docker image for GraphDB free

Usage:

• download the respective GraphDB Free ZIP from https://graphdb.ontotext.com/ and place it to the root of this project
• edit .env and adjust the variables accordingly
• run the service as docker-compose up. Now, GraphDB-free is running at localhost:7200.
