My name is Percy Soto-Becerra and I'm a medical doctor (M.D.) and a health researcher. I'm from Peru, living in Lima and working at IETSI, EsSalud. I completed a Master in Science in Epidemiologist Research and, currently, I'm studying a Master of Science in Applied Statistics and taking advanced courses on topics related to Mathematical Statistics, Statistical/Machine Learning and Causal Inference. Also, I'm focused on doing/teaching (Bio)Statistics and (Health) Data Science for research purposes, emphasizing well-sound pratices and avoiding misconceptions and/or misuse of these methods.
