Open "Port configuration" dialog with double-click on a port

Now to get to "Port configuration" one should press the right button on a port, then select "Port configuration". Double-click on a port does nothing. So I think it would be useful to open "Port configuration" with just double click on a port name/description. Or, maybe you can suggest more suitable default action for double click on a port.
