First full release

Paper accepted.

This repository contains the correlation fitting, cross-validation and plotting code, now formatted for easy installation.

Second release, for second submission of paper

• Simplify pip install
• Add documentation
• Change eddy-covariance term to nugget effect
• Change decoupled correlation to one-month interpolation period when period is a year
• Increase upper bound on timescales in fitting scripts

Code state at time of paper submission

There are problems with this code; for example, the complete lack of documentation indicating which files are scripts, which are helper modules, and which are outdated and should be ignored. I will try to fix many of those problems before the full release.
