Is this just another predicate? Assigning an ID. Calling an API to get an ID. |

As a user,
I would like for objects in the CHO to have persistent URLs,
so that I can be assured of consistency when linking/referring to objects in future.
Additional user stories from Ben G.
As a digital collections curator, I would like to mass generate archival resource keys (ARKs) for the digital objects in CHO, so that digital objects have a unique, persistent identifier.
As a collections manager, I would like to write ARK values back to corresponding ArchivesSpace digital object records en masse, so that we can make identifiers/links to digitized material accessible in our finding aids.
