It should leave it to us, without having to disable ALL BIDS-related functionality.

In particular it pollutes the sourcedata/ subdataset, and causes it to have additionaler changes commited after an import.

As far as I'm aware ATM, we simply remove those. As the conversion has moved into a toolbox procedure, this issue should go there or directly to heudiconv repo however.
