- Using the same class for stdout in Runner as in Coder, so that it includes the handy "clear" button (and cuts down on code duplication in general)
- Alerts ctrl to start off hidden, meaning more space for stdout and also alerts are more noticeable when they appear as they'll show the control
- Minor cosmetic improvements to stdout controls
