A simple HelloWorld for STM32 Nucleo using IAR 6.50. The LED blinks at 1Hz.

This project uses ST IAR 6.50 and STM32 Standard Peripheral Driver V3.6.1 It shows how to simply blink the boards LED, with an Arduino-like delay function.
