Incorrect config check before sending failed task email notification #143

Describe the bug
Before sending alert emails when reload tasks fail, Butler verifies that all needed data is available in its config file.
This is good, except that the incorrect config parameters are verified when it comes to failed task email alerts.
Aborted task email alerts work as intended.
