This PR has three commits: the first is a cleanup of the Python wrappers generator, the second a version bump for this generator, and the third is a bug fix caused by a quick fix from a8e9676 (a generated file was edited, which causes those edits to be removed by a clean rebuild of the
arm_printer.cfile).
