Please describe the problem (or idea)

What happened just before the problem occurred?

I was kicking the tires on subscriptions, unfollowing and refollowing, when i encountered a bug after clicking unfollow on an unusual tag with no name:

it led me to a 404 page:

What did you expect to see that you didn't?

I expected to be able to unsubscribe from this listing on my logged in view of https://publiclab.org/subscriptions. Perhaps there's some other problem with this unnamed tag?

It's working correctly in development env while not working correctly in production env.

This might be some really, really old weird thing on my account because i'm such an old user. o any other long time users @Fastie @jywarren @steviepubliclab or anyone else see this?

Yes, i am also having the same problem. -- I am new user.

Perhaps, we should not be able to add the tag with empty name.

Development env is showing alert while adding tag with empty name.

Let's not worry about this just now. I can look in on the production server console and find out more, but we won't otherwise be able to debug this -- but thank you @namangupta01 !!!

I still see this on my dashboard -- does everyone? Perhaps this is something we should clean up as part of preparing for our subscription campaign, let's see what @jywarren says. @steviepubliclab and @joyofsoy, can you check on yours as well?
