How to save .json file and do a calibration without being online

I want to make an oflline SW on raspberry pi so i can bring it to the region that has not covered by internet connection, i have been searching on the source to do that but i keep get the forbidden message,

i,ve success install it locally in ubuntu in my laptop, modified some log in and keep getting the forbidden message. Also i cant get to calibration or download page without getting online

can i make a calibration and save the .json file offline?

any one who have installed it in raspberry will be a great help!
