Some themes or sites still uses legacy layouts 'simple_list', 'centered', 'boxed', 'inline', 'inline_avatar' in their code which results in "PublishPress Authors: View is not readable: inline" errors.

We should automatically update the appropriate legacy layout settings when any of the legacy author shortcode are requested
