User feedback

One thing our users have pointed out is that for new folks it's a bit confusing to have a draft prepared, but only see a "Publish…" button. While I understand the ellipses "..." indicate there's more to the action, folks are feeling a little anxious as they don't want to immediately publish their post, but submit it for review. My suggestion, if I may, is to change that button to say "Submit for Review" for draft posts for users with the Contributor role.

This makes sense to me. Notice that these two options: "Save as Pending Review" and "Publish..." seem to offer different paths:

The blue button should say the same as the link, or just replace it?

From @agapetry

PressPermit Status Control recaptions the Pre-Publish button to "Workflow..." I would be glad to work with @anderson on incorporating that into PublishPress, or standardizing on some similar caption.

Here's my perspective on the "Save As" link in relation to the blue button:

Eliminating the "Save As" link would be problematic because it follows the Status dropdown selection as an alternative update mode. In contrast, a recaptioned Publish button serves to advance the normal publishing workflow progression (not all the way to published, but to whatever pre-publish status the user is allowed.
