Bugs with the ordering system

I think the "Pending" status still messes with the ordering system in Series.

Try unpublishing everything via the "Unpublish all" button:

When you click "Publish" again via "Publish all", this is what you see.

@stevejburge The Unpublish all button has been removed which could be responsible for this.

So, will leave this till you test new package and update if issue still exist
