This removes blacklight-gallery, because it was hard and wasn't really adding anything to the experience. Would need feedback from stakeholders about if that's okay (seems likely, moving to DPUL)
I was mostly curious how long the code part of updating to the matrix in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HoOh7Fjs_fz-5xSerTGfHIYsrYf-4QXhcv_ZvSVk9AM/edit#gid=515631444 would take and if we'd have to update Blacklight.
We wouldn't, it took about an hour and a half - would have been longer if I had to figure out blacklight-gallery.
