While implementing pagination in the Show page for post-curated files (issue #988) I noticed that the Edit page still needs to be updated.

I am not sure if this should be implemented before #1021 or as part of it, but wanted to document it.

Make sure to re-enable tests disabled in PR #1018, these tests are marked with:

# TODO: re-enable after implementing https://github.com/pulibrary/pdc_describe/issues/1022
