Describe Form: New Property for "Subcommunity"

Description

"Subcommunity" is currently a facet in Discovery that is reflecting from DataSpace. We would like to keep this faceting when PDC goes live and offer this option for future submissions. We do not currently have a way to designate that a record belongs to a specific subcommunity in Describe. We want to add a property named, "Subcommunity" that will be added to the Describe form for PPPL, under the "Additional Metadata" Tab. This property will have a controlled vocabulary that includes all of the current listings under the "Subcommunity" and "Collection" facets in Discovery, but will have the flexibility to add to or change the listings as needed. This property will allow multiple selections for a single record. For example, a record may belong to both "Spherical Torus" and "NSTX." This necessitates the field for the "Subcommunity" property to have a multi-selection tool of some kind.

Acceptance Criteria

• A multi-select feature will be added to the additional metadata tab
• This feature will allow users to select the subcommunities that the submissions belongs to
• Users may select more than one subcommunity
• Only the subcommunities for the designated group (currently PPPL or PRDS) will appear in the form. For example, if a user is submitting to the PRDS group, they will not see subcommunities for PPPL.
