Summary

Currently the CLI does not know how to handle ULN remotes.
See: https://discourse.pulpproject.org/t/unable-to-sync-with-oracle-uln/357

It should be fairly simple to mirror the code for the RPM remote for ULN remotes as well, while also making sure the CLI accepts all relevant ULN types.
