It is easier and the current content import interface won't work with an S3 backend.

Switch to upstream SingleArtifactContentUploadSerializer
3f1688f 
Remove the proprietary content upload implementation.  Use the new
SingleArtifactContentUploadSerializer available upstream to implement the
content upload function (single shot upload).

Closes #18
