I'll go ahead and approve this change as well. While I do plan on resolving pulsar-edit/package-backend#3, this will resolve the issue in the meantime, as well as it'll start pulling the releases again after the fact since you used an optional chaining here.

This fixes #37 and pulsar-edit/pulsar#137 by not checking for
latestkey inreleases. If the issue pulsar-edit/package-backend#3 is fixed, then this PR can be rejected.
