Search for cluster names when merging two cluster

A large photo library with many people in it can soon be a nightmare to scroll through when merging clusters. Adding a search/filter field to the pop-up would greatly improve that

Note: as a workaround, I use browser search when doing that (menu->search as nextcloud hijacks Ctrl-F).

@MayeulC for me, when the merge person dialog is opened, Nextcloud doesn't hijack Ctrl-F, so a normal Ctrl-F does help - thanks for the tip!
