There seems to be a file referenced that doesn't exist (yet)? Please disregard if GitHub is playing tricks on me.
Can we consider consolidating https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-terraform-bridge/blob/master/pkg/tfbridge/README.md to here perhaps?
