[auto/python] - Fix deserialization of event

Description

Fixes the deserialization for the metadata property on ResourcePreEvent, ResOutputsEvent and ResOpFailedEvent. There are no existing tests for the deserialization of engine events, so I haven't added any but this fixes my issue locally.
