Hi,
I needed some resources, which were not present in the current verison. So I did a version upgrade of the provider.
I was not sure if the sdks should be committed or not. Please let me know if this is not necessary.
Additionally, I had some problems with the linter and had to upgrade it. Please let me know if this is not necessary.
This should also fix the broken upgrade provider version workflows.
