For an author / admin who is viewing a curriculum from the student's point of view, It requires a lot of clicks and waiting for pages to load before they can edit it - the navigation to the curriculum editor is awkward & time-consuming.

I think it would be nice if we could add edit buttons inside the student's view of the curriculum for users who have the permission to edit course content.

The ideal case would be -- if I'm in the "View As Student" view of L3 in "Advanced Web App course", then there should be an Edit button at the top of the page which will take me to the Admin Course Editor view of that level in that course.

This is so that I can add more targets/target groups and then edit them, in response to frequently occurring questions on Slack.

I don't frequently do in-place edit of existing targets, so making that easier while nice, isn't a big issue for me.

Edit and View buttons will appear on mouse-hover.
