  1. (maint) Use unversioned AIX pe_repo class 

    We've had an unversioned pe_repo::platform::aix_power class since 2019.0.3. This changes things to always use the unversioned class, when available. It also removes the munging of AIX version, since we no longer need that when we use the unversioned class.
