What Versions are you running?

OS Version: Windows 10
VSCode Version: 1.71.2
Puppet Extension Version: 1.4.0
PDK Version: 2.3.0

What You Are Seeing?

The information "window" when hovering above a module name in Puppetfile shows an invalid URL to the forge.

What is Expected?

The correct URL to the Forge is used.
The correct url seems to start with https://forge.puppet.com/modules.

How Did You Get This To Happen? (Steps to Reproduce)

Hover above a module name in Puppetfile.
